I usually tell my clients that there are two types of people I cannot hypnotize. The first is if your IQ is under 70— which is an indication of extreme limited processing ability, and the other is of those who do not believe they can be hypnotized.
When a client tells me they can’t be hypnotized, I tell them “You’re right!” and we go about doing our change work another way.
